We take pride in our hiring process and our employees. many of our employees have military, law enforcement, and security backgrounds. Prior to employment each employee is put through an extensive interviewing process, background check, and reference check.

Once hired each employee is given a substantial amount of training in the classroom and in the field, conducted by active law enforcement officers on staff. Throughout the course of employment, employees meet company requirements with ongoing and continuous training.
